This hotel is very clean, has a helpful owner, and serves a wonderful breakfast (extra charge). It is only half a block from the convent of Bernadette and easy walking distance to downtown. It's very quiet and secure.
The room is small, the building is very old and there is only a very narrow staircase to access the rooms above the ground floor. Our biggest problem was finding any restaurants open for lunch and dinner. We arrived on a Sunday and found one rather dingy bar open to eat our dinner. Monday was the day before a major holiday, and we found NO restaurants open. We ended up buying bread in the one open place, a bakery, and eating it in the hotel.

Though this was a business trip that allowed for no time to sightsee, it was nice to stay in a place that had local character and felt like you were visiting another country.
For some people that are looking for all the bells and whistles of a big chain, they may be disappointed.
Overall: This hotel had all the conveniences I needed and gave me the feel of the local culture. (107369790)

Het hotel voldeed aan al onze wensen, schoon in de stad makkelijk bereikbaar genoeg parkeergelegenheid goed ontbijt.
Slechts één minpunt en dat kwam omdat er vlakbij onze kamer een deur was waarvan de scharnieren gesmeerd moesten worden, want als de kamer bezet was pipte het ongelooflijk met het open en dicht doen van de deur.
