Excellent location within walking distance of the Castillet.
There was a slight "drain" smell in my bathroom which in my opinion was due to poor sealing between the toilet and soil stack. This could easily be rectified by resealing.

Still appears to have a lot of building work around, but didn't effect our stay.

No-one on reception after 6pm on Sunday and the building is locked, accessed only via a code. We were not able to enter the building as there was nobody on reception and the shutter was down over the reception area and we also did not have the correct code to enter, as the code sent via Active did not work. I spoke to a resident who was leaving the building at the same time , I showed him the code and he said that this was the wrong code. We could not therefore enter the building to pick up the key to the room which we had booked via the internet several months earlier. There are no instructions of what to do if there is no receptionist present. Also, there is nowhere to park. There is a private secure underground car park attached to the building, but you require a fob from reception to access the car park. There is no other close car park near to the the apartments. The apartments are based on a very busy corner road with non stop traffic and no footpath or inlet to stop the car, so my partner had to drive past the apartments a quarter of a mile down the road in order to safely pull in, I then had to walk back to the apartments to try to access the building. As I could not access the building I was left with no other choice but to seek somewhere else to stay for the evening.

Clean, functional and private; plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Staff were polite and helpful. Easy access to the town of Perpignan and 15 min walk to the station.
The image on the web is incorrect: the hotel is still being built and we had a noisy building site outside our window. Although the building we stayed in is very new, the heating and extractor fans did not work. We reported this but nothing was done. The room was a little cold but there was a blanket. There was a dangerous and busy road to cross to get to the hotel with no obvious crossing point. The hotel had no character whatsoever, you could have been anywhere in Europe.
