Location. Close to RER and not too far from metro. Relatively spacious

If you stay more than one week, the room is only cleaned once a week. I find this ridiculous. What is the relationship between the length of stay and the number of times a room is cleaned? As there is no cleaning equipment, my room was therefore not cleaned for the first 5 days I was there. It is also not clear what to do with rubbish. I ended up taking all my rubbish and putting it in the bins nearby, and putting glass in the glass recycling units in the same street. This is OK, but there should be an explanation in the room, or it should be pointed out when you check in -if the customer is supposed to do so.

- l'accueil - la disponibilité et l'écoute du personnel - je suis à deux pas du lieu où je me rends chaque jour (dans le même Boulevard)

- les gens fument dans les chambres. Quand on est non-fumeur, c'est un fléau ! Il est facile de verbaliser, il suffit de passer dans les couloirs, les odeurs s'éparpillent... - Il y avait du bruit dans les couloirs jusque minuit, uniquement lors de mon dernier séjour.Cette année, c'est ma troisième réservation dans le même hôtel.

Accueil très agréable et bonne disponibilité du personnel si besoin

Mauvaise surprise : pas d'éponge, d'essuie-tout ni de liquide vaisselle prévu dans la chambre alors que je m'étais renseignée au préalable pour savoir s'il fallait que je prévoie certaines choses au niveau de la cuisine. Pas de vérification de clients fumeurs dans les chambres ce qui fait que j'ai demandé à changer de chambre à mon arrivée, heureusement qu'il en restait de libre et ne sentant pas le tabac.

Overall: Bien dans l'ensemble, veiller à ce que l'information soit exhaustive et à ce que les clients respectent le règlement de l'établissement.  (107688646)
