The staff did all they could and more to make our stay a nice one.
We stayed in both the new room and also one of the old one's. The old room's bathroom worked better then the new one. A fresh coat of paint may have been better than spending the $$$ for the upgrade.
Overall: What this Hotel lacks in infrastructure, it makes up in good old fashion customer service. The front desk is willing to do just about anything to make your stay a pleasurable one. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. All around a nice place to stay. (97933917)
A staff work at day time was friendly and flexible. Late check out time (1pm) was convenient. Close from the main train station.
Heating system was poor. The night was pretty cold. I asked one of the staff to check up, but nobody came.
