It is in a very good location with complementary free travel on all local public transport. Good breakfast.

Two lifts were required to get to the third floor. The second lift is very small and very noisy. The dining room staff were very efficient and friendly but the other staff I encountered were not.

Overall: The rooms are clean but basic and rather dated and basic. Business orientated hotels in Ireland (where I am from) usually have a kettle with coffee and tea in the rooms as well as a trousers press. While these are small details they can make a big difference for guests who are working to a tight schedule and show that the hotel management is trying to anticipate the needs of it  (99956397)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
