We were in Munich to attend Oktoberfest. The hotel was only a 10minute walk to the grounds and also only 5 minutes to the central train station. Our 'comfort room' was lovely - spacious, clean, comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.
We had a street room which was pretty noisy with traffic - but also meant we could watch the street parade with an amazing view so not all bad! Air conditioning would have been a good plus
Overall: If returning to Munich for Oktoberfest, would definitely stay here again - great value for money and great location! (107807339)

The hotel staff dealt with the situation the best they could
They had no record of me booking the hotel when we arrived and the reference number your website gave me meant nothing to them. We were lucky that they had one room open otherwise you would have received a huge complaint from me that day as we would have been out of luck in a city that was completely booked for the night.

Overall: It was in keeping with a 2 star hotel. Staff were generally very polite and informative: they spoke good English, which was appreciated in a foreign country. Breakfast was better than I expected - boiled eggs, cold meat & cheese, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, yoghurt, etc. Room was tiny. There was no hair dryer in the room, but one was available from the office. There was no tea/coffee making facilty in the room, nor a fridge. However, it was cheap by Munich standards. (97221477)
