Very fine staff; very attractive and clean establishment; good value. Went out of their way to prepare for us, late in the evening, a breakfast AND lunch for the next day because we were departing rather early in the morning. VERY THOUGHTFUL!

The staff were very friendly. We arrived late, were tired and hungry and although the restaurant was closed (Ruhetag on Mondays) we were fed and watered.Excellent breakfast the next day. Short walk to Titisee with cafes, shops etc. Follow green signs in the town and they will lead you to the hotel as it was a bit off the beaten track. We felt this added to its charm as a traditional Black Forest house.

Traditional chalet hotel, rooms were small but spotless clean with fresh white duvet covers.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.
Overall: An excellent hotel, traditionally furnished with good rooms and facilities. The hotel restaurant is well worth a visit - the breakfast buffet is the best I have seen for a long time. Pricing of rooms and restaurant meals were both very reasonable. We wished we had booked for a longer stay. (97720687)
