Quiet place, good breakfast. I was very pleased. Good rest after hard day. The personnel is very friendly, really wants to help the guest and solve all problems in a way comfortable for guest.
Only one receptionist. Sometimes there appears a line for check-in and check-out. Internet mail-box is a little slow. A mail was sent from my hometown to hotel. It did not arrive within 1 hour. Then it was forwarded to my personal e-mail and I received it within 5 min. As it dealt with check-out procedure, it was not rather pleasant ))
Overall: Please add to your web-page a more thorogh description of way and a route map from Messe to Hotel, from railway station to hotel. The names of train-stops should be added as well. (97627136)
