The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had no complaints!

Overall: This hotel provides good basic accommodation. I would not recommend if you are looking for a slightly more luxurious experience but if you just want some that's clean, comfortable and conveniently located, then this is a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful and we were delighted to be given a free travel card for Geneva when we checked in! I would certainly stay here again when I go back to Geneva.  (97833160)

Central location, quiet and clean.

Some of the furniture showed signs of age but this is a minor point as I think a sign of a good room is a clean bathroom.

Overall: I enjoyed my short stay at the Bernina and would recommend it as value for money in a central location, directly opposite the main railway station and a short walk to the shops, the lake and then over the bridge to the Old Town of Geneva. The staff were welcoming and attentive. it is easy to be very picky but lets be subjective and say it was good as I found it.  (99521881)

value for money ... it was fantastic! also the wireless internet connection! You should advertise this as this is something which draws me to a hotel. I only accidentally stumbled across it while there.

Nothing. I would have loved a gym ... but with the price I can't complain.
