Overall: OK hotel. More suited to leisure traveller rather than business traveller. Was more expensive compared to other accomodation I have stayed in Geneva. Not many good restaurants close-by, but only 15 mins walk to city centre. Some nice personal touches throughout the hotel making it more interesting. (97572714)
I liked the atmosphere of the hotel which is homy but also international. The breakfast room is cozy and shows an individual touch with the collection of telephones along the buffet.
The coffee was good and the service very friendly and - in line with your name - from several different nations.
I needed to get access to the internet at your computer station. There is only one station available which may cause problems when more people are there. Second, instead making the customer walk back and forth between the computer and the reception desk for questions on the mouse, password, mode of writing, it would make life easier if the personnel just started the session by bringing the mouse and activating the session. Would be more efficient and give a better feeling to the customer.
The hairblow dryer was somewhat difficult to handle which is why I would bring my own one next time.
Overall: I would have needed to see, if there were separate rates for International Organizations or coporate business available. (99581701)
The room was a good size
Very old and tatty bathroom. I had requested and paid for a DOUBLE room and was given a TWIN. Poor breakfast.
Overall: This hotel boasts 4 stars and charges for this, but is more of a 2 star. The room was decently clean, but the bathroom was ancient and the fridge incredibly noisy. Breakfast was a poor affair with brightly coloured congealed hard boiled eggs and stale croissants. I had specifically requested (and paid for) a double room, but was given a twin instead. The area is not particularly nice and there are no eating facilities nearby. I wouldn't stay here again. (99902720)
