The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service! The view from the Lake side rooms was beautiful.
My room was clean in general, but parts of the hotel and room decor was old and in need of replacement. For example, the carpet in the stairway was very worn and there were parts of my room's wall paper that were torn away from the wall. There were also some dead insects on the window sill in my room. Overall, these things aren't that bad, but for the price of the room, I think they should be remedied.
Overall: My stay was very pleasant, in large part because of how nice and helpful the staff was. They answered my countless questions about restaurants, taxis, room service, etc. and helped me book reservations. They were extremely courteous. Good job! (108101040)

Clean, comfortable room, very comfortable bed, courteous staff.
No wireless internet. No clock in room. Room service closed on Monday nights.

- personnel agréable et bien préparé
- ampoule cassé dans le bain
- moisi dans la douche
- moustiquaire vers le balcon cassé
- petit déjeuner assez minimale pour ****
- odeur repoussant dans les corridors et éscaliers (de sac d'aspirateur pas changé pour une année...)
- En générale und atmosphère sombre dans l^hotel, manque de lumière et trop de tapis sombres.
Overall: Trop chère pour la qualité et surtout l'entretien de l'hôtel. (108714513)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
