Central location, welcoming staff, free wireless access, good offer for parking facilities.

Very friendly and informative staff, proficient in English, cheap parking, excellent location right in the heart of the city.

Hotel is a bit old and rooms could have been a bit nicer, but everything else made up for this

Centrally located

Noise from people using the stairs at night On the site looked like a swimming pool was in the hotel, but that is not the case

Internet connection excellent, very central location, one could come and go as one pleased, quiet.

Rooms run down, not dirty, but grotty - strong tobacco smell in my room. Breakfast was very good the first day, but on day 3 it was disgusting, old eggs, smelly....I never had it again! My room faced out onto courtyard with exhaust from next door restaurant, very smelly french-fry exhaust. Staff tried to charge more than what online quote said.

Overall: It was OK, but I wouldn´t do it again. That said, I think I had the worst room on the hotel, others were much better.  (97265277)

Central position in town and very quiet, interesting facilities (bar, internet station, ...)

Bathroom is very small, dirty pillows, marked and dusty carpets (mind if you are allegic),

Overall: Lack of maintenance, old fashioned deco, not worth the 3 stars nor the price. Difficult to access by car (fussgangerzone).  (97417672)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
