The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception was staffed 24 hrs so you could get help at anytime.

Wonderful breakfast, fairly inexpensive, friendly staff.
Somewhat uncooperative at times, need key to activate lights, not best location.
Overall: Small room, decent size bed, good bathroom, and free internet. Not a whole lot to complain about, except the location isn't ideal, unless we were going to Oktoberfest. (107626383)

Staff were very helpful
Room needs painting and very small for a couple ,should have been single room omly.Should be at least one television station in English and place people in a quieter area when thier stay is more than one night.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
