The receptionist on the first night was very helpful

The receptionist on the last day was very short and abrupt and not helpful at all only used one word answers to our questions

Hotel is very nice and facility is good, so have to maintain well.

During the check out time, the staff who handling is very bad attitude & should ask her to attend how to serve customer class. The reason is that we lost our way back to hotel for check-out, we late about 1 hour plus. We have explained to the staff that sorry for late check-out due to lost our way, but the staff was angry, she told us that we need to pay 1/2 day price for late check-out 1 hour plus. This is not right and this is bad service of the staff who have attended us. The Hotel Management may want to look into this employee attitude.

good location, clean, well run

our room was very small although the bathroom was quite large

Overall: Good location, glad of the breakfast, staff on reception and in the breakfast room very efficient. Hotel bright and clean, check in and check out very good, value for the money.Would come again as long as the price is right. We must have been in the smallest room but it was still clean and had every thing you require. A kettle etc to make a cupper in the morning would have been ideal.  (99239078)

Overall: Für ein Stadthotel preiswert und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Räumlichkeiten für den Preis angemessen. Ca 15 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof, von dort Busverbindung zur Messe.  (97668673)
