Overall: The hotel must not have been renovated since the sixties! Depressing experience, not at all what one would expect from Beau Rivage  (108327819)

The room has a distinct "smell" when you enter it. I would use room freshners to avoid this smell.

The view over Lake Geneva was excellent. Good to see Internet access available.

A traditional old fashioned, not modern, hotel. There were no Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. No standard pick up from GVA airport. Price charged for pick up was expensive 100Chf. Although an acceptable hotel in was too expensive for this `type` of hotel.

Staff very proficient. Hotel well situated

Bedside lamps mildly irritating as we had to get up to switch them off Bathroom door difficult to use .

Overall: We enjoyed our stay and found everyone in the hotel very helpful  (97933713)
