(Young couple)
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us a lift in their own car to the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful, very stylishly and simply decorated and with really good quality fixtures and fittings (eg the smeg appliances and giant shower, quality wooden flooring etc. The location in the heart of 'boho' Prenzlauer Berg also was perfect for us, handy for the u-bahn and the 24hr organic grocers as well as close to loads of galleries, bars, boutique shops and restaurants. We didn't want to come home.
Really can't think of any. We weren't able to hook our ipod up to the amazing giant TV, not exactly a hardship though!
Overall: Fantastic - Berlin is such a civilised city, so much culture and fun to be had, really helpful and friendly attitude to visitors, and so easy got get round thanks to the amazing public transport system and cycling provision. The apartment and the staff we dealt with exemplified this. Five days was just not long enough. (107226807)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
