Brand new hotel, i.e. very clean. Nice room with a long couch. Conveniently located close to the train station. Quick response to queries through e-mail.
Overall: We wanted to start off our day with a breakfast at the hotel and come back to a room that is clean, well kept, warm and quiet after a day of sight-seeing. Hotel Garni Evido was able to fulfill our needs in terms of budget, location and level of cleanliness. One suggestion for improvement, which has been verbally communicated to the hotel: ensure intended guest do not miss receiving an intended message by putting down clearly the guest's name on whatever sheet of message or note pasted outside the hotel door after closure of the reception counter.bvh (107635045)

the hotel is new and clean. However, some facility in the room is not completed like no tower hanger, lamp not working, etc.
the elevator is terrible. Some of the services of the hotel stated in some of the website doesn't provided like no free internet access, no free airport transfer, no luggage storage after check out. I booked this hotel bcos in one of the website mention that they provide the free airport transfer. When i check out, they told me that to keep my luggage with them will be charge. The staff couldn't help much on information, like they don't know which bus can go to airport. I think the hotel is a bit over price.

Die Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert + es hat lange gedauert, bis warmes Wasser kam; das Zimmer war relativ eng und der Internet-Anschluss ist nicht in der Nähe des Schreibtisches; das war in diesem Zimmer so, ich hab schon mal in einem anderen Zimmer gewohnt, da war das anders ...
