Good location, charming hotel, good cuisine (although somewhat experimental which is sometimes risky), staff/service in restaurent excellent.
-Noisy nights/interruption of night sleep because of pub at basement floor: unacceptable for 3star hotel. Moreover the management did not really care about the situation.
-Manager of the hotel very unfriendly, indifferent and not proactive in information sharing: very much surprising he did not care about his hosts and had a very arrogant attitude.
-Fireplace only lit during the weekends? a pity since it took away much of the charm.
-sauna/jaccuzi/swimming pool: unpractical booking system, swimming pool not open in wintertime (whereas indicated it was) and not always extra towels available and bathrobes only available for suite room.
-restaurant: no sparkling water available during 4 days... no pragmatic solution available in the meantime, not in line with 3star hotel standards, to my opinion.
Overall: Good but should work on bad points to keep up the standard. would only stay again IF assurance to have room where NO NOISE! (107322891)

Excellent accueil. Salle à manger, réception, chambres et mobilier très beaux en parfaite harmonie avec l'environnement.
De l'eau sur le sol de la salle de bains après avoir pris la douche.

- Chambre hors du bâtiment principal (annexe)
- Isolation acoustique des chambres
- pas de sèche-cheveux dans chambre

Tout était positif: localisation, vue depuis le chalet, accueil, chambres, de plus les repas étaient délicieux et originaux. Excellent repas de Noël.
clientele familiale agréable.
Overall: A recommander aux amateurs de repas raffinés, d'ambiance chalet de très bon niveau, de localisation un peu en dehors du centre de la station, en hauteur. Le centre station est joignable à pieds et les remontées mécaniques Avoriaz ou Morzine par navette. Voiture non indispensable sauf pour obsédés. (107532281)
