Close to local shops. Helpful staff.

None to highlight I'm afraid
The room was very small, located on a busy road and we could hear everything that was being said in the next door room and the one above. We had difficulty checking out after only one night as the receptionist was less than helpfull. Thankfully, the staff at Openroads assisted by sending a cancellation fax otherwise we would have had to pay for an additional night. This was a disappointing experience and is the only one in over 35 years of international travel. There were other UK guests who were equally disapointed and assisted us in finding alternative accommodation.
