Overall: OK for an overnight stay when visiting Venice but don't plan to spend your holiday here. Town of Mestre is not really interesting and the hotel is a bit run down. However if you're a big fan of the kitschy 70s interior design then I guess this hotel is a must :-) (107992549)

The attention to detail bringings an air of aristocratic era to the place. The breakfast is very good with a variety of food selections to choose from. The room and the hotel as a whole, was pleasantly clean.
I found it impolite when one of the attending staff shifted to a language which I cannot comprehend while attending to me during the check-in process.
Overall: I will recommend the hotel to friends. The room may be small but everything was in order. (97276687)

the service! everyone was very nice and VERY helpful
Overall: when my wife and i return to Roma, we will be staying at this hotel again. i like the fact that when the bar wasn't open yet, they went out of their way to open it up just for me, that means a lot, when you are in need of a cold beer on a hot day. (99544906)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
