Overall: The service given by the staff in our emergency situation (cancellation of flight by airlines)was very good. The facilities were adequate but unfortuantely the area the hotel was situated in was very poor. (99310250)
On our last day, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, she was the only one who was nice, all others were either brash, condescending or just sullen.
Just did not enjoy the overall stay because of bad staff attitude and poor quality of room.
Overall: Although the website promised a 2-minute walk to the hotel from the train station, it was definitely more and seemed even longer after a long day out and with shopping bags to carry. The staff from the receptionist to the breakfast server (which turned out to be the cleaner as well) were all very sullen. One was even rude to me. However, on the last day of our stay, I was blessed with a very nice helpful lady receptionist who was very helpful. The beds were not comfortable. The noise from the cars from the street below did not help either. Overall, I did not have a very good experience at this hotel and promised myself that I would definitely not be back here again.
