The room was stylishly decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely.
The room was quite dark, but that would presumably only apply to certain positions within the building.
Overall: We read in a guide book that this was the top hotel in Cortona, and we felt that to be true. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and the room was very comfortable. (97763447)

Very good location.Very helpful and friendly staff.Nice breakfast.Helpful manager.Good advice from hotel re choice of restaurants. I would stay at the same hotel again if again in the area.That was the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our visit to Italy.
The TV Channels were not tuned in properly but I didn't even complain because it was a very minor thing.
