Roberto the owner is fantastic and really goes out of his way to ensure everything was just perfect. He even drove down and collected us outside the city walls to ensure we did not get lost. The hotel is great, nice rooms, nice location, balcony, excellent breakfast on the garden terace. Roberto made excellent recomendations for us and even gave us a gift for our engagement.

Loved the central location of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, airy and typical. What added to our experience were our hosts Roberto and Vittoria who were excellent.
It rained but who can blame Roberto for that!!
Overall: The hotel has a real family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Roberto is a character who makes the whole stay memorable, expecially while serving breakfast. The breakfast is typically itallian with croissants and cakes cooked by Vittoria. All in all a great place to stay! (97556737)

It was a very traditional hotel
Overall: Roberto and Victoria were fantastic - they made our stay extremely easy. they made their home our home - we would definatewly recomemend this place again and stay there ourselves (99266379)

Small shower room; shower door broken
Overall: Impressive multi-storeyed Tuscan building in a beautiful hilltop village. Service outside meal times non-existent - self-service fridge for cold drinks and make-it-yourself coffee and tea in a small kitchen with ailing gas stove. Disappointing breakfast - yoghurt, croissant, cake & stale 'American toast'. (99967635)
