Room clean neat and quiet. Close to places of interest.

Closeby restuarants not good quality.

The location near the main terminal was very convenient. While our room was a disappointment, the other two rooms for our group were better. They were very nice to let us keep our luggage there while we toured that day.

We ended up with a very small room with a mock shower (just an exposed shower head by the toilet which flows into the floor drain). The toilet was drenched with each use. Our air conditioner never worked properly, there were holes in the sheets, ants crawling along the window sill, the toilet water tank (mounted high) would spray out when flushed (we reported this), and the floor was not clean. When we arrived for breakfast (15 minutes after it opened), apparently a large tour group had just cleaned everything out. While understandable that there would be a wait, the staff seemed in no hurry to clean tables or put out any food, etc. for our group.

Overall: I would only recommend this hotel for location only.  (45893033)

Central location, opposite Termini station.

For the price, the room was small and dark with other buildings all round.

Overall: Room was small and dark but clean. Reception staff were friendly. Breakfast was included but was very poor compared to other hotels I've stayed in Rome. Not much bar/lounge area and was full of young, noisy students.  (99877280)

I liked being so close to the train station, yet we never were bothered by the noise or people. The air conditioner was GREAT!!

The only thing (but it is a european thing) is that the room was a bit small, but we really weren't there much.

Overall: I would definitely come back to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.  (99217175)
