Overall: One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. This hotel doesn't haven't any transport to pick up customer. The breakfast doesn't include coffee or tea. They charge for the same. It's funny, isn't it. Despite having many rooms vacant, they have provided us a room on 6th floor. The lift goes to 5th floor and we need to carry the lugguage by stairs to the 6th floor. After requesting they have given us the room in the second floor. The staff are not courteous. If I continue writing about the hotel, I don't thik I would be able to finish. (46703898)
