from the moment we ARRIVED WE WERE GREETED WITH A HUGE SMILE. THE OWNER COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE GRACIOUS- ALL THE STAFF WERE EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO OUR ITALIAN FRIENDS AND WILL DO SO IN THE U.SA. WE WILL STAY AGAIN .
THERE WERE NO BAD POINTS. AMANDO WAS ALWAYS READY TO GIVE ADVICE AND HIS SPEAKING ENGLISH HELPED US GREATLY.
Overall: ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND SUNNY WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW PALERMO AND THE SEA. BREAKFAST WAS PLENTIFUL WITH EXCELLENT CHOICES. MONEY WELL SPENT. (107176558)

The service and attentiveness of the staff was superb. The room's balcony and vista of the vally below was breathtaking.
There was nothing to dislike!
Overall: We have traveled extensively, and this hotel was the most charming, with unparalleled views. Our room was so clean, that you could eat off the floors! The character of the hotel was charming and truly authentic to Sicily, down to the simple yet beautiful glass flowered chandeliers that hung in each room. The bathrooms were brand new (newly renovated) with beautiful tile and fixtures. When you look at the vista from your balcony, your breath is taken away. By day that view is remarkable, and at night, that view is transformed such that you think you are looking into the sky itself with its millions of stars. We can't say enough about this hotel and it's staff, who are friendly and helpful. (99770496)

l'accueil est parfait,le patron parle un bon français et se fait un plaisir de donner de bons conseils. La vue sur Palerme (pour notre chambre)est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. On peut y laisser son véhicule en toute tranquillité. La cathédrale de Monréale est à 5-10 minutes à pied.Un bus (389) conduit à Palerme en un temps raisonnable et évite d'avoir à utiliser une voiture dans un environnement compliqué....et évite aussi la question du stationnement dans Palerme. Le terminus du bus est sur une place à l'opposé de la chapelle palatine. On le reprend au même endroit.
L'accès en voiture, qui dans notre cas à été facilité par le GPS (quasi indispensable en Sicile)
