The friendly staff were just great. They catered to our every need. I loved the view from the balcony. The room was clean and roomy. It was everything we could have hoped for.
The fact that I had to go home.
Overall: I loved the fact that the staff were so accommodating. They were excellent. They treated us like we were family. They went out of their way to help us with our every need. The food was excellent, and so was the room. I loved the view from the balcony. I can't say enough about the staff. It really was a palace. (99194493)

friendly staff, big rooms, great food
beds were a little uncomfortable but we can't be too picky :)
Overall: Staff was very accomodating and friendly. As a family of six with young children, we come across all kinds of reactions when traveling, and everyone from the waiters to the desk help made us feel very welcome. We benefited from connecting rooms and child-friendly meals. There was a good selection of food for our children ages 1-11 (as well as for us, the parents!). We chose the half-board accomodation and it was a wonderful bargain overall. Don't hesitate to book with the Hotel Palace, you will really enjoy your stay. (99664724)

the cleaning of the bathrooms could have been better
Overall: if booking half or full board for several days, be prepared to put on weight! The food is excellent and difficult to say know to. The beach is easily accessible from the hotel and the views from the front are wonderful. (99280199)
