The room was dingy, lighting very poor, as well as a double bed there was also a single and a single fold up bed (all made up). We had to fold down one of the beds in the room to make room for ourselves !

Overall: Not very memorable after a two week perfect holiday in Tuscany. As above we thought the room was not very good for the price, the breakfast was adequate but a pretty unfriendly waitress.  (97862175)

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the tower and about ten minutes walk to the train station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Is there a possibility of offering a wider selection of fruit at breakfast?

Great central location , although it's tucked away down a small side street it's very close to the best shopping areas, and a short walk to the leaning tower.

Small room poorly furnished.

Overall: You are paying for the location, you will find a better room at a lower price if you don't mind a short walk to the centre.  (99048276)

The hotel was central to Pisa with plenty of resturants and cafes near by. In a quiet location, up an small no through road.

Limited breakfast, as some items ran out. Unable to get a hot drink at night.

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
