The cleanliness of the rooms, the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff

Poor reception area which doubled as a (too small) breakfast room. The poor access to both which is by an extremely dingy staircase or ancient lift. The old lift.

Overall: The fact that street signage for the hotel is poor and that it is not at street level. However, it still represents good value for money in a reasonably good location. The staff were incredibly helpful during a medical emergency which arose during our stay  (99564103)

Clean, small but comfortable, friendly staff, decent location in centre of town.

Bathroom a bit cramped

Overall: Good location no more than 15 minutes walk from the centre of Rome, no more than 2 minutes walk to the metro which connects to all the big sites. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean & tidy if a little on the small side, staff are freindly. All in all exactly what we wanted as travellers on a budget.  (99697080)

Overall: pulizia camera e servizio personale buono,solo rapporto qualita'-prezzo non molto soddisfacente in quanto la camera non aveva frigo bar,ma un semplice mobiletto adibito a tale uso(e quindi bibite calde),la tv non era satellitare,doccia a tendina,quasi a tutt'uno con il water adiacente,vista camera sul muro della palazzina vicina.  (107962906)
