The cleaning staff were excellent, noting that i had put extra covers on my bed they made the bed the next day with them in it. Also very helpful when asking them for local travel details.
The week day breakfast waitress was surly and very un-helpful. Also the meat and cheese were served on the same plate, which is unacceptable for a vegetarian.
Overall: I would of been able to give the hotel an overall rating on excellent had it not been for the week day waitress. (107388505)
It had a luxury hotel feeling in the center of a thriving and popular city yet had an economical price. The artwork was impressive, the access to major attractions was appealing, the room was beautiful and had an open window and terrace - all in all, superb.
The breakfast staff were not as friendly as everyone else we encountered. No smiles - no greetings.
