poor breakfast,unable to get tea or coffee other than breakfast and being woken up at four in the morning by people hammering on doors and shouting

Overall: that tea and or coffee was not avalable other than breakfast time and that the parking was valet parking that we had to pay 16 euro per day for also we had to wait ten to fifteen minutes for the car.  (99131118)

Proximity to restaurants and town centre.

Quality of room was poor - decor needs updating urgently!! Breakfast was haphazard. Staff were rarely around to answer questions or give advice. Noise level from outside made sleep very difficult even after the vino and limoncello!!

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
