Excellent location,staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was too cold for time of year.
Overall: The hotel was right in the centre of all the major sites and famous buildings in Florence.It could not have been better for siteseeing and travelling around the area.Only 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella railway station one could easily get on a train or pick up a coach to any location in Italy.Unfortunately the weather turned cold and it would have been more comfortable in the hotel if we had had heating in the room.That said we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and room and the adequate breakfast.
