La propreté de l'hôtel et l'attention du personnel de service; le buffet du petit déjeuner remarquable

La presse prévue dans le "contrat" de location de la chambre jamais obtenue sur " jours, le parking gratuit dans le contrat mais pas pour l'accueil, le manque d'insonorisation des chambres.

Overall: Les 4 étoiles sont très surévaluées. La décoration (les pseudo tableaux criards) est difficile à supporter et on a peine à se dire que c'est un hôtel de luxe! Une station d'auto route tout au plus. Quant au bruit !! on imagine en pleine saison le raffut des aller et venues dans les couloirs.  (107332787)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
