Very close to Mestre Rail Station so good access to Venice. Hotel was down a quiet road and not noisy.Very good breakfast provided. They were very accommodating as we had to leave our bags for the day after checking out. So we went off and enjoyed Venice for the day and then returned to catch the ATVO bus to the airport in the evening.( from nearby station)

Quiet, in easy walking distance of Venice Mestre train station, pleasant staff and a spacious room.
Shower in room 203 rather small.

Overall very impressed with accommodation, service and value for money. Staff very helpful; hotel immaculate; continental breakfast was excellent. Very convenient for Venice.
Not easy to locate hotel initially.
