Not Much...A clean bed, Hot/cold water. A wake up call
Air conditioning broken...extreem small shower, No shuttle to airport early enough for our flight.
Overall: We picked this hotel based on the location near airport. The 2 kilometer ride to airport was the most expensive taxi ride of our whole trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice. No shuttle early enough for our 6:30 am flight. The airconditioning was broken - no discount. The shower was extremely small. Was definitly the worst hotel of our trip and was the same price as other hotels conveniently located with better rooms and service throughout Italy. We did get our 3 am wake up call. Just needed to get to airport early. We needed more info about hotel before we booked. (97574857)

Shower difficult to manage. Holes in bedroom walls. Inadequate bedding.
Overall: Computer unable to generate receipt at checking out. Took 15 minutes to get a handwritten receipt. Overall hotel is not very attractive and check in man was unfriendly and unhelpful. (97196767)

Overall: Convenience to the airport is the biggest attraction. The airport transfer shuttle bus was on time and efficient. Overall this was good value for money. (97199967)
