Hotel was schoon en rustig (maar dit laatste was eerder omdat wij een van de weinig gasten waren). Hotel medewerkers waren correct en vriendelijk.
Minimale keus voor ontbijt waarbij vaak zelfs van alles ontbrak; soms wel een croissant, hard gekookt ei, naturel yoghurt, fruit en soms niet.
Slechte kwaliteit van maaltijden (slechts een vet toeristenmenu); zeker geen 4 sterren waard, die aan de voorgevel prijken.
Sfeerloze en slecht bevoorraad hotelbar met (van de 5 consumpties) 1x bedorven fles bier (water) en 1x ruim 3 maanden over de houdbaarheidsdatum.
Slecht functionerende kluis in kamer waarvan tijdens verblijf geld en portemonnee vermist is; niet opgelost door manager, dus aangifte bij politie.
Overall: Sfeerloos hotel dat beslist geen 4 sterren waardig is; een 2 sterren waardering is ruim voldoende. (107886461)
