The hot tub not being avaialble out of season.

Overall: Superb hotel and friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Particular thanks to Manwella in reception whose lovely way with the children made us feel very welcome.  (97732085)

Very nice room. Best I have seen in Europe for the price.

No alarm clock. Shower did not drain well. One of my colleagues had the same problem w/ his shower.

Overall: The room was spacious and clean it did not look old or out of repair as I have seen in other European hotels. Nice large bed.  (99092211)

The central location and friendly staff plus parking

No hot water in the morning, couldn't take a shower in the morning at 08.40. Also the lack of satellite T.V catering for an international market, no CNN or SKY news, mainly Italian channels and no option for pay T.V films. No tea/coffee making facilities and the continental breakfast could have been more imaginative.

Overall: I would recommend this hotel to friends who wanted a friendly hotel in central Pompeii with parking and who were not staying longer than 2 nights. The hot water problem really needs sorting out though it might have been a technical fault on that 1 morning ??  (99057480)

The overall appearance and general experience of the hotel!

The shower was great but the water did not flow away quick enough causing a bit of a mess :)))) It is a bit noisy at night with the sound of scooters - but this is to be expected anywhere in Italy

Overall: A great little hotel, central to eveything you could need. We had sat nav which definitely helped as the hotel is quite difficult to find. If you head for the main square / church in Pompei you are very close (turn right out of the hotel). We liked the ambience of the hotel, and the rooms are well presented. The staff are friendly and there is a porter service to take your bags to your room. Breakfast was nice - being British it is always a novelty to get the option of chocolate cake for brekkie. There was a good mix of cereals, pastries etc. It is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to Pompei. If you cut across the front of the church through the square and follow the road down you cannot miss it.  (99964265)
