room was very clean. The lift was broken when we returned one evening and it was fixed the following day. Very prompt.
The room was very small and particularly the shower cabinet.
Overall: Would recommend the hotel but would advise that the room is very small for two people. (108076762)

excellent location - close to Grand Canal and vaparetto stops, easy walking distance to various points. Main hotel provided pleasant breakfast area, good buffet breakfast, pleasant terrace area.
Broken power point in bedroom, broken toilet flush - although could be made to work. Room left unlocked by maid on one day!
Overall: Very pleasant stay - accommodation was perfectly acceptable for the price (97011147)

This is a marvellous no frills hotel which is easy to find, is in an excellent location for visiting the city, has friendly multilingual staff, comfortable rooms, is close to the Grand Canal yet away from the crowds - and very good value.
No tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Overall: The hotel definitely enhanced my experience of what can only be a special holiday. (97794660)
