the location in a nice little town

very friendly staff, excellent location and very good value for money. One of the best breakfast offerings I've ever seen, having travelled extensively in Italy, in particular.
Overall: An excellent stay overall - value and quality in all respects. Spacious, clean rooms with everything in good working order. Great position to take advantage of all on offer in the wonderful town of San Teodoro. Very friendly hosts. (99894306)
Everything about the hotel and the room is great! The rooms were spotless, and the hair dryer in the bathroom is very powerful! All the linen and towels are very new.
The only downside was the airconditioning which wasn't really cool, we went in in mid-June, so I can't imagine what it'll be like in August when it's the hottest in the year!
The reception staff in the evening didn't speak much English, but we spoke a bit of italian so it wasn't a big problem.
Breakfast is very basic, croissant, yoghurts and cornflakes, but the coffee is perfect!
