Excellent location. Very good quality of build. You have spend a lot of money, but I am not sure that everything will last as you have planned. Execution in some areas was not perfect and maintenance might become high.

Personnel at the reception seemed stressed by the workload they had over the summer.

Overall: Very good. We will surely come back again and try other hotels of your organisation  (107205344)

Th hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was very spacious with free internet services in the room (bring an ethernet cord). The breakast buffet was quite extensive and the servers were all very pleasant.

Overall: The location of this hotel is just perfect, close to terrific shopping and many wonderful restaurants. It is a short walk to the train station which made it a great base for sightseeing in the Cinque Terre. However, we were delightfully surprised with La Spezia and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the town.  (97024652)
