Too much noise from traffic
Overall: Our room was smaller than I would have liked. The views from the balconywere a bit exaggerated. Plenty of parking space. Not enough information about locality from staff. (99450989)

Overall: Our actual room was fine but its location at the end of the building and some trees between our terrace and the shoreline prevented us from really experiencing the panoramic views which we had paid for. This was unique to this room as the remainder of the suites appeared to have clear uninterupted views. This hotel was very functional and apart for our viewing issue above I would strongly recommend it. (99919127)

Quiet gardens onto the lake side, lovely views. Not far from the centre of town (700 metres or so) half of which is along the lakeside.
The main road runs between the hotel and Smeldra annexe. I could imagine this road being quite busy during the main holiday season. The annexe is set back from the road so even the road facing bedrooms are not unduly noisy. (main Hotel road facing rooms are a good bit closer
Overall: The food is actually quite good for Italy, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either and even the breakfast was OK. Small bar area which is not so good if the weather is inclement I would stay there again (99848588)

Hotel ligt aan het meer.
Kregen niet het kamertype dat we geboekt hadden en het was de slechtst gelegen kamer aan de straatkant zonder uitzicht en daglicht.
Slechte bediening door gebrek aan personeel. Kwaliteit van avondmaal kon beter.
Heel kleine kamers zonder frigo.
Hebben op 4 nachten 3 maal van kamer ùmoeten veranderen.
Fotos van het hotel geven een volledig misleidend beeld van de realiteit.
