Friendly, helpful, english-speaking staff. Spacious, well-equipped room. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for airport.
Nothing about accommodation. Directions from main roads could have been clearer. Took a while to find. Not sure if on right road.
Overall: Restaurant not open weekends. Arrangement with local restaurant for dinner. Breakfast delivered by room service. However none of it was really a problem, just a little unusual. Would use again as near airport. Hotel was well presented. Staff were very helpful. English-speaking a real bonus. (97759297)

very clean and tidy
bath was a bit small, restaurant and bar closed on Saturday evenings
Overall: staff very helpfull with directions to find the centre of town and also a place to eat as restaurant and bar was closed in hotel (97071999)

Nice and quiet
Lack of in-room facilities. No tea/coffee machine. Not enough English channels on the TV or choice of movies.
Overall: A pleasant place to stay but the room decor is a bit tired and the in-room facilities could be better. (99060510)

Very convenient for shuttle travel to and from Airport/Turin centre.
No restauraunt facilities on Saturday night
Overall: I was very satisfied with my welcome to the hotel and provided with very useful information in printed format. My room was situated on the fourth floor, I found it too warm and turning down the thermostat was ineffective. One bedside light did not work! I had to wait too long to re-enter the hotel in the evening. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the overall clealiness of the hotel was impressive. (99008298)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
