Walk in wet/shower room - It is not very easy to stand in an inch of water whilst trying to use the toilet!

Overall: For the inexpensive cost, the hotel is very reasonable. We were not expecting any 'mod cons', just somewhere pleasant to sleep. The room was quite spacious and airy. Our beds were made and fresh towels provided daily.  (97614897)

Staff was friendly and helpful, we had a double bed private room for the price of two average beds in a big dormitory. Once we got on the bus, it was easy to find. Bathroom was clean.

The shared bathroom and the toilet is in one place, so when it's peak time for having shower, you cannot use the toilet for a really long time, unless you spend your time on the corridor spying for vacation.

Overall: We had a nice stay- the hostel is easily reachable from the central railway station (at night nobody knows it round the station, so do not waste your time asking for it...just try to find the main entrance of the station, turn your back at it, and begin to walk away from it following your nose. crossing the road you find, you will find a tram stop, but it is also the stop of the bus given on the homepage of the hostel. after that just follow the instructions given on the website). Our room was a bit worn out, but suited well for a one-night stay (actually I would have stayed if I could by my programme). Actually I ckecked out the shower curtain (somebody missed it in a review), and there is one, but it is a bit short, so some leaking happens. nevermind, go there try it out!  (99162340)

It was okay. Good enviroment.

Busy because of painting wals.

Overall: It is a fair place for a good price. You can walk to the city and nice cafe and restaurants direct by the hotel. Day and night service.  (99316733)

the staff

the bathroom...no curtin or door to block water from spraying all over and the shower nozel holder was a bit high...

Overall: The place seemed like it was under renovation...this may have been because we were traveling on the off season. It was a fair place to stay...the location was a bit out of the way...if you are staying for one night...for a longer stay maybe its an ok place...the staff was friendly and kind.  (99224439)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
