Clean, economical and decent location
Water in showers not constant, no ensuite, no milk for our coffees on 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, but this was probably a problem on ther suppliers' end.
Overall: Considering the rates and the location of the hotel, I would still recommend and revisit this hotel. The rooms & facilities were clean & comfortable, the staff very friendly and all in all helped for a wonderful visit to florence, an amazing city. (97387946)

The security and location was great. The room was big and clean.
The bathroom, the shower made a mess on the floor and then we had a dirty floor with no bathmat.
Overall: Overall the stay was very pleasant and quiet even though it was in a busy part of town. Security was great and the people friendly that worked at the desk. We had a triple room with a bathroom and it worked out great. I would stay there again. (99566811)

Overall: Bathroom was along the hall, breakfast was in a seperate bar 100m from hotel across a Piazza, lift didn't go down to street level- had to lift bags up to 1st level. The price quoted when booked was (99397454)
