The hotel was newly built and was kept very clean and tidy. The shuttle bus to and from the metro was very useful.
We had a problem every night when our key card failed to activate the lights in the room which meant us having to go down to reception for a replacement card. If you didn't get down to breakfast early, hot food and coffee had run out and was very slow to be replaced. Bar meals were available however, the choice was very limited.
Overall: Overal we enjoyed our stay very much and would return to the hotel if we visit Rome again. (97426246)
This is quite a new hotel I believe. Everything was spotless; the bed was a decent size and was very comfortable. We had a a good fluffy dressing gown apiece. The reception staff were very helpful - they let us into their office to try and perform online check in and print off our boarding passes. A very good hotel.
The only problem we had was with the temperature of the room when we arrived - we could not get the a/c to work any faster or cooler than it was;(some instructions would be useful?). We also could not open any windows - all locked. We had to ask someone to come upstairs to help us which he did - within half an hour room had cooled down.
Overall: We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Was however quite difficult to find - print off a detailed map before you go. A major problem we had at the hotel was their inability to secure taxis - it took us almost an hour to secure a taxi to take us into the centre of Rome and we understand that this is a problem that the hotel has.
