Hotel is close to town centre, and acommodated a range of different family group sizes. Staff excellent and very helpful.

The website booking forced us to book a four bed room when only three were needed. In reality, on arrival, the three bed room (which was cheaper) was in fact a four bed room. So, the same number of beds (4), same number of guests in each room (3), same breakfasts (3) but one room was more expensive. It would be nice to have a contact e-mail once the booking is confirmed. We wanted to arrange a bus collection from the airport, but there are no contact details shared anywhere. It took some time on the internet to actually find a contact e-mail, and that was on a discussion forum! It should be sent with the confirmation - no need then to keep it hidden.

Overall: Hotel undergoing some gentle refurbishment with new floor coverings in bedrooms etc, which is good. Odd things like toilet seat broken. Lounge for the three parties to meet as a group was good. Overall good experience was good. Close to town and the ferry terminal. Staff really helpful at every stage, so nothing but praise  (97902183)
