Location

Cold water in shower, and the shower-drain was clogged-up.

Overall: When on holiday, it is important that facilities such as the shower works properly. We complained and a plumber came, but he could not fix it. We would have wanted a refund!  (97276642)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
