Clean and bright hotel - staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location adn easily accessible for train station
To be honest there were no bad points - only issue is no pool but we knew that before we booked.
Overall: Ravenna is a great place for a hooliday - excellent restaurants, great sight seeing and 15 minutes from beach. Would go back time and time again and stay at same hotel (97421900)

Great location and free parking. Pleasant facility.
Air conditioning was turned off in the evening so rooms were unbearably hot. I complained, was told each morning the timing was fixed, but nothing changed.
Overall: The price was reasonable and so was the accomodation. The staff told me wanted me what I wanted to hear, not the truth about the air conditioning. Yes, they have air conditioning, as they advertise. But it's not on when you need it. (46625445)

Location, parking, staff, availability of bicycles.
Lack of airconditioning and light in room. Room configuration was awkward.
Overall: We enjoyed the location, the helpful staff, and the public areas of the hotel, but our room was dark, crowded, and the air conditioning did not work. Had we been staying for more than one night we would have asked for a change of room. (99712643)
