Reception looked very attractive. Staff were helpful. The hotel provides easy access plus free parking to one of the most beautiful places in the Lakes in Northern Italy. An ideal stay for those who want to spend time in the area, and within easy walking distance of Orta which is a must to visit
Shower leaked through wall and discoloration, damaged wallpaper could be seen in our bedroom. Otherwise the room and facilities were reasonable
