We found the staff very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in guiding us to the local pointsof interest and local restaurnts.
1. They should put an area-rug where chair is. People drag the chair and make very squeaky noise against the tiled floor.
2. Eliminate TV from eating area. People use it till late at night and it disturbed us. Suggest to put a sign to play it quietly and stop it by 11:00 pm.
3. Need a telephone in the room.
Overall: We liked the small friendly hotel. However, since it's a small hotel, we suggest they put sign in each room requesting the guests not to have parties in the room or on the balcony after 11:00 pm. During our stay, we experienced a very noisy party till 12:30 am. We can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly if the improvements are made as we pointed out as above. (97427610)

the room was spacious by Italian standards and the bath was great!
Issues regarding the parking. We paid extra to part a block away since the hotel in on a very narrow street not easily accessed by car and only has four parking spaces, which we were not lucky enough to get.
